
This is a 1-hour virtual group coaching space for teens to learn about topics related to ADHD, alternating per day. After a mini lesson, the remaining time will be divided between those who want coaching and those who prefer to body double. In this space, participants can receive coaching on their focus areas from me or use the session to stay accountable and get work done.
