James Douglas brings over 16 years of combined experience across corporate wellness, mental health, behavioral health, and executive coaching. A former Division I college athlete and seasoned executive coach, James supports professionals, leaders, and neurodivergent individuals in building resilience, confidence, and sustainable performance in high demand environments.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. He is ICF coach certified and is currently completing his NBHWC National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach certification. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with children, teens, adults, families, and executives, supporting growth in areas including ADHD, anxiety, motivation, confidence, self esteem, goal setting, time management, work life balance, leadership development, and relationships.
In addition to his work with executives, James is deeply committed to supporting teens in their development. He believes that teens are the future, and that when neurodivergent teens are given the right structure, accountability, and understanding, they can build skills that shape a confident and capable adulthood. His work with teens focuses on executive functioning, emotional regulation, self trust, and follow through, helping them develop tools they will carry for life.
James has served in senior leadership roles including Wellness Director, Coaching Director, and Clinical Director, and has partnered with organizations such as Google, YouTube, AbleTo, Charlie Health, Cerebral, and UPMC. His experience spans trust and safety, organizational wellness, and executive coaching, where he designs systems that enhance leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and long term organizational health.
He has coached mid level, senior, and C suite leaders across North America, Europe, and India, bringing a multicultural and globally informed perspective to his work. His approach blends clinical insight, performance coaching, and lived experience, allowing him to support neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan, particularly those navigating ADHD, in achieving both professional success and personal well being.
